The situation

The studio’s classes filled up, but the work behind them ran on email, spreadsheets and paper. Students emailed to ask about spaces, instructors took attendance on paper sign-in sheets, and clay ran out mid-term.

Now a student finds Wheel Throwing on the studio’s site, picks a start date and pays in a few taps. The instructor’s class list updates, the receipt goes out, and the manager’s numbers already include the new student.

The goal

Enter information once, and give every person only the view they need.

Booking from any phone

Students filter by medium, day and level, see how many spots are left, pay online, and join a waitlist that offers them the next open spot automatically.

Attendance in seconds

Instructors tap through the class list on a tablet at the start of each session and log the clay and glaze they used, so supplies are tracked as they go.

The whole studio at a glance

The manager sees enrolment, payments due and supplies running low in one place, with reports for any term.

What it changed
  • Students book and pay without back-and-forth emails

  • Attendance and supply use take seconds on the studio floor

Tell us about the work and the people who do it. The first conversation costs nothing, and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
